By accessing the Services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these ToU. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these ToU.
1. Scope and Purpose
The Services are owned and operated by One Eighty Event Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 201901006113 (1315440-P)). The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define acceptable conduct and technical interactions with the Services.
2. Licence to Use
Subject to your compliance with these ToU, NoJoke grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Access and browse the Platform for personal, non-commercial use
- Create an account and engage in transactions as a Buyer, Seller, or Member
- Use the Platform's features and tools as intended
This licence does not include the right to: resell or commercially exploit the Services; scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform; reverse engineer any aspect of the Platform; or use the Services for any unauthorised purpose.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
3.1 You Must Not
In your use of the Services, you must not:
- Post, upload, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or illegal
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of any party
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

- Comply with NoJoke's Content Guidelines as updated from time to time
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. NoJoke will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. In the event of suspicious activity, change your password immediately and contact support@nojoke.com.my.
NoJoke implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure payment gateways, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment providers, logistics services, and other external services. These links are provided for convenience only. NoJoke does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or services.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with third-party services.
6. Third-Party Integrations and APIs
NoJoke may integrate with the following categories of third-party services to power the Platform:
- Payment gateways — for secure transaction processing (e.g., FPX, Stripe, Billplz, or similar)
- Logistics and courier APIs — for delivery tracking and fulfilment
- Analytics services — for Platform performance monitoring
- Email and notification services — for transactional and marketing communications
- Social login providers — for simplified account registration
- Customer support platforms — for user assistance
Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party providers' terms of service. NoJoke is not liable for service failures, data handling, or content of third-party providers.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and preferences, analyse Platform usage and performance, deliver relevant advertisements and promotions, and enable social media and third-party features. 8. Digital Communications
By registering on the Platform, you consent to receive:
- Transactional communications — order confirmations, receipts, shipping updates
- Account notifications — password resets, security alerts

- Marketing communications — promotions, event notifications, Points updates (you may opt out at any time)
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by updating your account preferences.
9. Downtime, Maintenance, and Service Changes
NoJoke reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance. NoJoke is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Service interruptions.
10. Reviews and User-Generated Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and other content ('UGC') on the Platform. By submitting UGC, you:
- Represent that you are the sole author and owner of the UGC
- Grant NoJoke a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the UGC
- Confirm the UGC is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights
NoJoke reserves the right to remove any UGC that violates these ToU or NoJoke's content standards, without notice and without liability.
11. Modifications to These Terms
NoJoke may update these ToU at any time. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated ToU. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
12. Termination of Access
NoJoke may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these ToU, the T&C, or applicable law. Upon termination, your licence to use the Services immediately ceases.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any disputes arising from or related to these ToU.
